Can You Get Fired While On Fmla In Nj Fired In NJ While On Medical Leave?

Fired in NJ while on medical leave? - can you get fired while on fmla in nj

Went for about 4.5 months earlier by the FMLA, then returned to work for a short period, became sick and had 2 doctors have given up, finished my employer today, through my work in a letter that I can get, and unemployment to sue? The work is why I was in first place, is a serious case of discrimination that has led to health problems, I would refer to the lawyers of tomorrow, but in the meantime, fear of unemployment in order to qualify, I do not want my Request denied. My doctor has confirmed that he could work with reasonable accommodations, but the work was rejected and sent me home, then he broke with me. I was ready to work with housing, but does not indicate that, although I have seen for other staff in the past, I have tHas he been fired or dismissed from my claim or do I wait.

Thanks

You should talk to a lawyer because there are many questions:
1. Suggests that medical issues were caused by discrimination. It looks like a reach for me, but it might be possible. Did you report your employer discrimination? Did you investigate? He is a doctor who agrees with their problems ever caused by discrimination?
2. What was the reason given for the dismissal? There are several reasons to legally fire.
3. Which shall reach the amount of FMLA available. Maybe he should have been the basis of disability.

For unemployment, the demand. After denying that it just means she does not pay. Please do not pay for this period.
